Es arbeitet bei beeOLED jetzt ein internationales Team von ca. 25 hochqualifizierten Mitarbeitern, vor allem in den Bereichen Synthese-Chemie, Material-Entwicklung und OLED-Entwicklung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gewisserma\u00dfen als Geschenk ist die Registrierung unseres Markennamens in Europa\neingetroffen, die USA sollen bald folgen. beeOLED\u00ae wird k\u00fcnftig der Vermarktung unserer\ninnovativen Technologien und Materialien dienen. Dieser Schritt unterstreicht unser\nEngagement, qualitativ hochwertige Produkte anzubieten, die den Bed\u00fcrfnissen unserer\nKunden gerecht werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In den letzten Jahren haben wir unter anderem auch erhebliche Fortschritte in der\nMaterialreinheit und Qualit\u00e4t unserer aufdampfbaren Emitter-Materialien auf Lanthanid-Basis\nerzielt. Diese Verbesserungen wurden durch ein soeben abgeschlossenes F\u00f6rderprojekt des\nBMWK im Rahmen des ZIM-Programms unterst\u00fctzt:<br>\u201eLanthanoid-Komplexe als blaue Emitter\nf\u00fcr OLED-Anwendungen (EP201077)\u201c. Sie sind das Ergebnis intensiver Forschung und\nEntwicklung, die darauf abzielte, die Effizienz und Verl\u00e4sslichkeit unserer Produkte zu\nmaximieren. Das kann man im folgenden Bild gut erkennen: einige unserer neuesten Emitter\nbilden perfekte Kristalle. Dies ist typischerweise ein Zeichen hoher Reinheit des untersuchten\nMaterials, eine zwingende Voraussetzung f\u00fcr den Einsatz in OLED-Displays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unterst\u00fctzt durch ein weiteres \u00f6ffentlich gef\u00f6rdertes Projekt der S\u00e4chsischen Aufbaubank\n(100671145, mit finanziellen Mitteln des Freistaates Sachsen und der Europ\u00e4ischen Union)\nkonnte auch die Effizienz unserer tiefblauen OLEDs weiter signifikant verbessert werden: wir\nerreichen jetzt hier regelm\u00e4\u00dfig um die 20% externe Quanteneffizienz, was sehr nahe am\ntheoretischen Limit f\u00fcr Standardbauteile ohne optische Auskoppelhilfen liegt.
